Founder & Director, I Reach Ministries

Vivian Milton is a missionary, leader, and mobilizer with a heart deeply burdened for the unreached people of India and South Asia. Born in India and now based in Chicago, USA, Vivian’s life has been marked by a clear calling to proclaim Christ where He is not yet known and to equip others to do the same.

He is the founder of I Reach Ministries, a grassroots mission movement committed to evangelism, discipleship, and leadership development among the most underserved and unreached regions of India. With over a decade of ministry experience and a background in nonprofit leadership, Vivian works to empower indigenous pastors, raise new mission leaders, and launch Gospel initiatives across villages, cities, campuses, and slums.

Vivian is currently pursuing his Master of Arts in Nonprofit Leadership and Administration at Moody Theological Seminary. He also serves as the Director of DSM India, where he leads widow care, children’s ministry, and strategic outreach across South India and tribal regions.

Whether preaching in remote villages, training pastors, or leading mission teams, Vivian carries one vision: to see Christ lifted up among every tribe, tongue, and people. He is married to Sharon, and together they serve the Lord with their son Ethan, longing to raise a generation that says, “Here am I, send me.”

Our Statement of Faith

At I Reach Ministries, everything we do flows from a deep commitment to the unchanging truths of God’s Word. Our faith is rooted in the Gospel of Jesus Christ and the authority of Scripture. We believe:

The Bible:

We believe the Bible is the inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God. It is the final rule for faith and life, fully trustworthy in all that it affirms.
(2 Timothy 3:16–17; 2 Peter 1:20–21)

God:

We believe in one eternal, holy, and sovereign God, existing in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. He is the Creator, Sustainer, and Redeemer of all things. (Deuteronomy 6:4; Matthew 28:19; Colossians 1:16–17)

Jesus Christ:

We believe Jesus Christ is fully God and fully man. He was born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, died a substitutionary death on the cross, rose bodily from the grave, and ascended to heaven. He alone is the Savior of the world and the only way to the Father.
(John 1:1, 14; Colossians 2:9; 1 Corinthians 15:3–4; John 14:6)

The Holy Spirit:

We believe the Holy Spirit convicts the world of sin, regenerates those who believe, empowers believers for godly living, and equips them for Gospel witness and ministry.
(John 16:7–11; Titus 3:5; Acts 1:8; Galatians 5:22–23)

Salvation:

We believe salvation is by grace alone, through faith alone, in Christ alone. It is not earned by works, but received as a gift from God. True faith is evidenced by repentance, obedience, and a transformed life.
(Ephesians 2:8–9; Romans 10:9–10; James 2:17)

The Church:

We believe the Church is the body of Christ, made up of all believers across nations and generations. Its mission is to proclaim the Gospel, make disciples, and serve as Christ’s witness to the ends of the earth. (Matthew 28:19–20; Acts 1:8; Ephesians 1:22–23)

The Unreached & The Great Commission:

We believe the Great Commission is a divine commandnot a suggestion. We are called to go to every nation, especially those who have never heard the Gospel, until Christ is worshiped in every tribe, tongue, and people.
(Matthew 24:14; Romans 10:14–15; Revelation 7:9–10)

The Return of Christ:

We believe Jesus Christ will return personally, visibly, and gloriously to judge the living and the dead and to establish His eternal Kingdom.
(Acts 1:11; Revelation 22:12; 2 Timothy 4:1)
